The Basics
To make your
personalized greeting cards all we need is your image
or logo. For example, you may have an image that you
would like to use as your own personal Christmas
card. Or you may want to use a photo of your orchard
grow apples that you want to send to those customers
who purchased your home made pies. Or a card of your
business front, or .... you get the idea.
An example of this is the image on this page. The logo was placed on the ornament image we use for this purpose.
We can work form either a digital file or just a picture. If all you have is a photo, it will have to be scanned to convert it into a digital file. This will be an additional cost of about $40. You can also have this done yourself.

Image Details
We will follow your
instructions as to how you would like you card to
look. We can create several different variations from
your image, but you must understand, that these
variations will all depend on how good your image was
from the start. We're not going to write a book here
about that, but results depend on the image quality.
We are not trying to discourage anyone, but some
older images may need some work before they can be
used.

Logo Details
The same rules apply
here as far as image quality goes. Some logos we can
create ourselves. We would prefer that you send us a
good digital file of at least 72 ppi from which to
work. Once we have this, then you can pick from some
of our images and we will place you logo into the
image. We are very flexible here and will do whatever
is possible to make this work for you.
Costs
When submitting your
artwork, we will need a deposit of $50. After we take
a look at your image or artwork, we will let you know
what can or cannot be done with your image. We will
tell you honestly what we can do to make your image
suitable for your purpose. If your expectations
cannot be met, we will return your picture and refund
your deposit.
If you have an old image that needs restoring, we can do that as well. This work will be charged by the hour. These charges will be above and beyond your $50 deposit. There will necessarily have to be a lot of communication at the beginning, so be prepared for this as well.
If you would like for us to scan your photograph for you, then you will be charged separately for that.

Minimum Order
There is no minimum
order.
After you are satisfied with the image, you simply purchase as many boxes of cards as needed. However, there is a time limit on how long we will store your personalized image.

Caveat
Once we have finished
work on your image to your liking, the finished image
file cannot be returned to you.
Simply put, we are not in the photo-to-art business for others. We will work our tails off to create an image that you can use on your personalized greeting cards. Whether you chose to have us print cards made from that personal image is entirely up to you.
You can also rest assured that will never use your personal image for our own purposes.

Storage Details
If you chose not to buy
any greeting cards made from your personalized image,
we will store your image for one calendar year. After
that time, it will be deleted from our image
database.
If you do purchase a box of greeting cards, whether from your own personalized image or from one of our own greeting card images, your personalize image will be safely stored for five (5) years. After that time, it will be deleted from our image database.

Prints From Your Images
Yes, we can print your
personalized image for you. Our base price for an
image printed on 8" by 10" glossy photo paper is $10.
Please understand, that this will be done on a non-rush basis. Whatever time is available to us after tending to our greeting cards will be spent accordingly.
